<p>14:09min Leaders have got their arms around their content, and information and logic and all that kind of stuff, where actually, it's the way they can help people interact with one another that is at the core. So by taking their foot off the brake, they really learn how to work with groups, and how to work with people. And it is a learnable thing. It's just that none of the business schools have adequately approached it. </p>Conclusion
